Community Guidelines
One school, many generations. These few rules keep this space worth being in.
Please do
- Use your real name and SSC batch year so seniors and juniors can recognise you.
- Keep job posts, business listings and fundraising campaigns accurate and verifiable.
- Respect every batch, profession and opinion — we are one school family.
- Report suspicious campaigns or profiles to the moderation team.
- Credit photo owners when you upload memories from the archive.
Please don't
- No political campaigning, hate speech or communal content.
- No unverified money requests or personal bank details in public posts.
- No spam, MLM offers or repeated promotional posting.
- No sharing of another alumnus' phone number or address without consent.
- No harassment in messages — blocked members are removed from the network.
How we enforce them
1. Warning
First-time minor violations get a private warning from a moderator.
2. Content removal
Posts, listings or campaigns breaking the rules are unpublished.
3. Temporary suspension
Repeated violations pause posting and messaging for 30 days.
4. Permanent removal
Fraud, harassment or fake identity leads to permanent removal.
