Responsibilities

• Own delivery of assigned work with a small, senior team
• Collaborate across departments and report progress weekly
• Mentor junior colleagues, including alumni interns

Requirements

• Relevant degree and 2+ years of experience
• Strong communication in Bangla and English
• Willingness to work from Cumilla
